If you publish about a team we cover and want your content limited or removed, this page says exactly what we do and how to change it. We act on requests from a publication or its representative without argument.
Team Feed reads publicly available RSS and Atom feeds. For each item we show the headline, the excerpt and image the feed itself carries, the publication's name, and a link to the article on your own site. Where a feed supplies a full article body in its own content:encoded field, that body is shown in the app — the same content an RSS reader displays, and capped by whatever the publisher chose to syndicate.
We do not scrape article pages for text. Publisher pages are fetched only to read the preview image tags an article already declares for sharing.
Excerpt only. We stop showing the article body in the app and keep the headline, excerpt, image and the link to your site. Readers reach your page to read the piece. This takes effect immediately for articles already collected, not only new ones.
Remove the source. We stop collecting from the feed entirely and it disappears from the app.
Either can be applied to a single feed or to every feed you operate. Tell us which you want; if you do not say, we apply excerpt-only, because it is the one that keeps your work reaching readers.
Use the contact form and choose Content or takedown. Include the publication name and the feed or site address, and say whether you want excerpt-only or full removal.
A person reads these. You will get a reply at the address you give.
No formal notice, legal letterhead, or account is required. A plain message from someone at the publication is enough.
